10.15am - 11.45 am A seated T'ai Chi based exercise class with a musical twist. For over 18's with mild to severe learning disabilities or mutliple disabilities, wheelchair users with learning disabilities very welcome.

The class is for students who have completed a beginners course or have at least 1 years T'ai Chi training - course content includes T'ai Chi Broad Sword basics, Push hands, Zhang Zhong, partnerwork, and short form improvement
