No experience necessary and new people welcome at any point through the year - course content includes learning basic Chi Kung for health, posture and the Beijing 24 Step short form.
Regulars T'ai Chi Chuan
8.00pm - 9.30pm
The class is for students who have completed a beginners course or have at least 1 years T'ai Chi training - course content includes T'ai Chi Broad Sword basics, Push hands, Zhang Zhong, partnerwork, and short form improvement

Acorn Cancer Self Help Group
